Common use of Term of this Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Term of this Guarantee. This Guarantee shall continue in full force and effect until the Obligations and the obligations of the Guarantor hereunder shall be paid in full and the Commitments shall have been terminated. Upon such payment and termination, this Guarantee shall automatically terminate and the guarantee hereunder released and the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall, upon the request of the Guarantor and at the expense of the Guarantor, execute such documents and instruments evidencing such termination and release.
