TERM OF THIS. MSA 3.1 This MSA begins on the Commencement Date and continues for a period of [3] years (the "Initial Term"), and shall thereafter automatically renew on a yearly basis for a period of 1 year (the "Renewal Term"), unless either party gives the other party prior written notice no less than [90] days before the expiry date of the Initial Term or the relevant Renewal Term of its intention to terminate the MSA upon expiration of the Initial Term or the relevant Renewal Term, in each case unless terminated earlier in accordance with this MSA. 3.2 The "Term" means, collectively, the Initial Term and any Renewal Term. The Service Initial Term and the Service Renewal Term (if any) for a Service are set out in the Order Form or in the absence of which, in the corresponding Service Terms. 3.3 For the avoidance of doubt, the expiration or termination of this MSA does not affect the validity of or terminate any Agreement executed between the parties prior to the expiration or termination of this MSA.
