Term of undertakings. Unless the Agent (acting on instructions of the Majority Lenders) otherwise agrees in writing, until: (a) the Total Commitments are cancelled; (b) the Secured Moneys are unconditionally repaid in full; and (c) each Security is discharged, each Obligor must, at its own cost, comply with its undertakings in this clause 8.
