Common use of Term of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Term of Warrant. This Warrant shall become exercisable on the Warrant Date and shall no longer be exercisable as of the earlier of (i) 5:00 p.m., San Diego, California local time, on the date that is the five-year anniversary of the Warrant Date; and (ii) upon consummation of a Change of Control.

Term of Warrant.
