Common use of Term; Termination; Rights on Termination Clause in Contracts

Term; Termination; Rights on Termination. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date hereof and continue for four years (the "Initial Term"), and, unless terminated as herein provided, shall be extended at the end of each year beginning at the end of the second year of the Initial Term hereof for a period of one year on the same terms and conditions contained herein, such that the term (the "Term") of this Agreement shall extend for a period of three years from the date of such extension.
