Common use of Term Volume Commitment Clause in Contracts

Term Volume Commitment. Commencing on the 4th Amendment Effective Date the Customer agrees to pay the Company no less than $2,700,000 in Total Service Charges during the Term, (“TVC”) in lieu of any AVC Commitments. Commencing on the 8th Amendment Effective Date, Customer’s TVC requirement (set forth above) is replaced with an AVC requirement (set forth below):
