Common use of Terminable at Will Clause in Contracts

Terminable at Will. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement including, but not limited to Section 2, this Agreement and Executive's employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries shall be terminable at will at any time for any reason by either party, and this Agreement shall expire automatically when Executive ceases to hold the Position with the Company for any reason. Upon such termination, the rights of Executive to receive the monies and benefits from the Company shall be determined in accordance with the terms and provisions contained in this Section 6, and Executives agrees that such monies and benefits are fair and reasonable and are the sole monies and benefits which shall be due to him from the Company in the event of termination.
