Terminal Dates for Conditions Precedent. The terminal date for meeting the conditions specified in Section 5.1 is sixty (60) days from the date of this Agreement or such later date as USAID may agree to in writing. If the conditions precedent in Section 5.1 have not been met by the above terminal date, USAID may terminate this Agreement by written notice to the Grantee.
