Common use of Terminal Receipts Clause in Contracts

Terminal Receipts. You can get a receipt at the time you make any transfer to or from your account using an ATM or POS terminal. Exception for receipts in small value transfers - A financial institution is not subject to the requirement to make available a receipt at an electronic terminal if the amount of the transfer is $15 or less. Periodic Statements: Transfers and withdrawals made through any Debit Card transactions, audio response transactions, preauthorized EFTs, electronic/PC transactions or bill payments you make will be recorded on your periodic statement. Direct Deposits / Preauthorized Credits: If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your account at least once every sixty (60) days from the same source and you do not receive a receipt (such as a pay stub), you can find out whether or not the deposit has been made by calling us at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇. If the only possible transfer to or from your account are direct deposits, you will receive a quarterly statement from us.
