Terminal Services. In receiving the Terminal Services from the Operator, the Customer shall: (a) not use any entity other than the Operator to supply any Terminal Services (or any services substantially similar to the Terminal Services) to any String within the Port for the Term; (b) act in compliance with the Applicable Laws; (c) act in a safe and efficient manner; (d) promptly perform each task allocated to it in this Agreement; and (e) act in accordance with any lawful and reasonable directions given from time to time by the Operator within the scope of this Agreement. (f) comply with the Operator’s Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy and any applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes in force from time to time. (g) represent and warrant that none of its activities conducted whilst in Port violate the Operator’s Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy and any applicable anti- slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes in force from time to time. (h) notify the Operator as soon as it becomes aware of: (i) any breach, or potential breach of any applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes; or (ii) any actual or suspected slavery or human trafficking occurring whilst it is docked at the Port.
