In connection with an Event of Major Default (but not a Default), Landlord shall have the right to terminate this Lease, by giving Tenant Notice thereof, at any time after the occurrence of such Event of Major Default and whether or not Landlord has also exercised any right under Section 17.4(a). In such event, Tenant shall, within twenty (20) days after receipt of Notice from Landlord, purchase the Premises pursuant to Section 19.2.
