A party may terminate the Agreement by written notice to the other party if the other party (the defaulting party) commits a breach of the Agreement: (a) that is not remediable; or (b) that is remediable and the defaulting party fails to remedy the breach within fourteen (14) days of receiving written notice from the other party requiring the defaulting party to remedy the breach. 18.
