Common use of Termination and Extension Clause in Contracts

Termination and Extension. Section 1. This Agreement shall be in effect from date of Agreement through December 31, 2009. Section 2. Negotiations for a successor Agreement shall commence in accordance with N.J.A.C. 19:12-2. 1. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the period of negotiations for a successor Agreement.
