TERMINATION AND SATISFACTION. When Respondents believe that they have complied with all the requirements of this CAFO, including compliance with Section IV (Compliance Order) and payment of the Subsection Vi. (Civil Penalty), Respondents shall certify in writing and in accordance with the certification language set forth in Section IV (Compliance Order), Paragraph 62 of this CAFO. Unless the EPA, Region 6 objects in writing within sixty (60) days of EPA’s receipt of Respondents’ certification, this CAFO will be terminated based on EPA’s receipt of Respondents’ certification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either Respondent may certify compliance to EPA at any time and terminate its obligations under this CAFO, even if the other Respondent has not yet certified.
