Common use of Termination by Company Without Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination by Company Without Cause. Subject to Section 3.2, the Company may terminate Employee’s employment and all of the Company’s obligations under this Agreement at any time and for any reason.

Subject to the provisions of clause (ii) of Section 1 hereof, in the event Employee's employment with the Company is terminated by the Company without cause, the Company shall remain subject to its obligations hereunder as if Employee remained employed hereunder for the balance of the Company’s obligations under this Agreement at any time and for any reasonterm hereof, as provided in Section 3 above.
