Common use of Termination by Executive Clause in Contracts

Termination by Executive. The Executive may voluntarily terminate employment under this Agreement for any reason by the service of written notice of such termination to the Company specifying an effective date of termination no sooner than thirty (30) days and no later than sixty (60) days after the date of such notice; provided, however, if less than thirty (30) days remain in the Term, the minimum notice required from Executive under this Section 6.2 shall be reduced from thirty (30) to seven (7) days. The Company reserves the right to end the employment relationship at any time after the date such notice is given to the Company and to pay Executive through the Termination Date.

The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment under this Agreement for at any reason time by giving the service of Corporation at least fifteen (15) days prior written notice of such termination to the Company specifying an effective date of termination no sooner than thirty (30) days and no later than sixty (60) days after the date of such notice; providedtermination. However, however, if less than thirty (30) days remain in the Termevent of a Change in Control, the minimum such fifteen (15)-day notice required from Executive under this Section 6.2 requirement shall be reduced from thirty to ten (3010) days prior written notice with respect to seven (7) days. The Company reserves the right to end the employment relationship at any time after the date such notice is given to the Company and to pay resignation by Executive through the Termination Datefor one or more reasons constituting grounds for an Involuntary Termination.

Termination by Executive. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment under this Agreement upon twelve (12) months notice to the Company for any reason by the service delivery of a written notice of such termination to the Company specifying an effective date Company. Any notice of termination no sooner than thirty (30) days and no later than sixty (60) days after given pursuant to this Section 4.1.3 shall effect termination as of the date of specified in such notice; providednotice or, however, if less than thirty (30) days remain in the Termevent no date is specified, on the minimum notice required from Executive under this Section 6.2 shall be reduced from thirty (30) to seven (7) days. The Company reserves last day of the right to end the employment relationship at any time after the date month in which such notice is given to the Company and to pay Executive through the Termination Datedelivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 7 below.

Termination by Executive. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment under this Agreement for any reason by the service of hereunder upon thirty (30) days' written notice of such termination to the Company specifying an Company. The effective date of termination no sooner than ("Effective Date") shall be considered to be thirty (30) days and no later than sixty (60) days after the date subsequent to written notice of such noticetermination; provided, however, if less than thirty (30) days remain in the Term, the minimum notice required from Executive under this Section 6.2 shall be reduced from thirty (30) to seven (7) days. The Company reserves the right to end the employment relationship at any time after the date such notice is given to the Company and may elect to pay have Executive through leave the Termination DateCompany immediately.

Termination by Executive. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment under this Agreement for any reason by the service of ------------------------ hereunder upon thirty (30) days' written notice of such termination to the Company specifying an Company. The effective date of termination no sooner than ("Effective Date") shall be considered to be thirty (30) days and no later than sixty (60) days after the date subsequent to written notice of such noticetermination; provided, however, if less than thirty (30) days remain in the Term, the minimum notice required from Executive under this Section 6.2 shall be reduced from thirty (30) to seven (7) days. The Company reserves the right to end the employment relationship at any time after the date such notice is given to the Company and may elect to pay have Executive through leave the Termination DateCompany immediately.

Termination by Executive. The Executive may voluntarily terminate employment under this Agreement for the Employment Period at any reason by the service of time on or before December 31, 2001 upon one hundred eighty (180) days' advance written notice of such termination to the Company specifying an effective date of termination no sooner than thirty (30) days and no later than sixty (60) days after Company. Executive may terminate the date of such notice; provided, however, if less than thirty (30) days remain in the Term, the minimum notice required from Executive under this Section 6.2 shall be reduced from thirty (30) to seven (7) days. The Company reserves the right to end the employment relationship Employment Period at any time after the date such December 31, 2001 upon ninety (90) days' advance written notice is given to the Company and to pay Executive through the Termination DateCompany.
