Termination by Participant. 8If the Participant forms an opinion on reasonable grounds that the Work will no longer achieve its objectives or the Work is no longer able to be carried out due to technical issues that have arisen, or for any other reason, the Participant will provide written notice to MLA setting out particulars of that opinion and its recommendation to terminate the relevant Statement of Work. If MLA provides its consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld), the Participant may, by 30 days written notice to MLA, terminate the relevant Statement of Work.
