Termination by the Bank Without Cause. The Bank shall have the right at any time during the Employment Period upon 30 days written notice to Executive to terminate the Employment Period without cause. The Bank may in its discretion following delivery of its notice of termination elect immediately to relieve Executive of all or any part of his duties under this Agreement and to exclude Executive thereafter from the premises of the Bank.

Termination by the Bank Without Cause. The Bank shall have the right to terminate the Executive’s employment at any time during on 30 days’ written notice without Cause, for any or no reason, such termination to be effective on the Employment Period upon 30 days written date on which the Bank gives such notice to Executive to terminate the Employment Period without cause. The Bank or such later date as may be specified in its discretion following delivery of its notice of termination elect immediately to relieve Executive of all or any part of his duties under this Agreement and to exclude Executive thereafter from the premises of the Banksuch notice.
