TERMINATION BY THE OWNER. If Contractor defaults or neglects to carry out the Services in accordance with the Contract upon ten (10) days written notice to Contractor and without prejudice to any other remedy Owner may have, may terminate Contractor's Services under the Contract. These rights and remedies are in addition to any right to damages or other rights and remedies allowed by law.
