Termination by the Project Promoter. In duly justified cases, the Project Promoter may give up awarded project grant and terminate the Contract at any time by sending a 30 day notice in writing specifying the reasons for termination, without the obligation to pay any damages on this account. Contract termination without stating reasons for it or for reasons not approved by the Programme Operator shall be deemed unjustified and shall result in the consequences set out in subparagraph 9.
