Common use of TERMINATION CERTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific[Company Name], Inc.a Delaware corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (togethercollectively, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz ScientificCompellent Technologies, Inc., any subsidiary, parent or other affiliate of Company, subsidiaries of the parent company, any holding company related to Company or its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns parent and any subsidiaries thereto (togethercollectively, the “Company”).

This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific, Inc.Weave, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (togethercollectively, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz ScientificAsurion, Inc.LLC, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz ScientificFacebook, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, together the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, memoranda specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, flow charts, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned of the foregoing items belonging to Derycz ScientificRed Hat, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific, Inc.Niku Corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, together the “"Company”").

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any material devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz ScientificResearch Solutions, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any Confidential Information, including but not limited to, material devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents documents, or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz ScientificGridSense, Inc., its subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, successors successors, or assigns (together, the “"Company”").

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz ScientificCytRx Corporation, Inc.a Delaware corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, together the “"Company”").

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz ScientificQuark Biotech, Inc., its Q.B.I. Enterprises Ltd. and their subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz ScientificFinancial Engines, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, together the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific[COMPANY], Inc.a [STATE OF FORMATION] corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (togethercollectively, the “"Company”").

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists (including customer lists), correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific, Inc.Weave, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (togethercollectively, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific[ ], Inc.a [ ] corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (togethercollectively, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific, Inc., Energous Corporation its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (togethercollectively, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz ScientificRaven Industries, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of their respective successors or assigns (together, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific, Inc.the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, together the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific, Inc., DVINEWAVE Inc its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (togethercollectively, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz ScientificCold Brew Labs Inc., Inc.a Delaware corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (togethercollectively, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific, Inc.[NAME OF WFOE] (the “Company”), its subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, the “CompanyCompany Group”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific23andMe, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns a Delaware corporation (together, the “Company”).

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION. This is to certify that I do not have in my possession, nor have I failed to return, any devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, flow charts, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or copies or reproductions of any aforementioned items belonging to Derycz Scientific▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns (together, together the “"Company”").

TERMINATION CERTIFICATION.
