Termination Clauses. 19:01 This Agreement shall be effective upon ratification and it shall terminate January 31, 2014. 19:02 Notice that either party intends to terminate or amend the Agreement may only be given within a period of not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days prior to January 31, 2014 or at any subsequent anniversary of this Agreement. 19:03 If notice of termination is given by either party, the other party agrees to meet for the purpose of negotiations within thirty (30) days after the giving of such notice if requested to do so. Such negotiations shall not continue beyond the expiration date of this Agreement unless the parties mutually agree to extend the period of negotiations. 19:04 If during any negotiations following upon notice of termination either party may bring forward counter proposals arising out of or related to the original proposals.
