Termination Consequences. 9.1 The Contractor shall on termination of this Agreement deliver up to ICO all original correspondence documents specifications papers and property which may be in his possession or under his control. 9.2 ICO shall pay to the Contractor any sums due to the date of termination less any sums owed to ICO whether in respect of breach or otherwise under the terms of this Agreement. 9.3 The parties shall be entitled to exercise any rights and remedies arising in law from the termination of the Agreement.
