Termination due to Force Majeure. 13.4.1 In case the Parties could not reach an agreement pursuant to Articles 3.3.4 and 4.4.2 of this Agreement and the Force Majeure Event or its effects continue to be present, the Nodal Agency shall have the right to cause termination of the Agreement. In case of such termination, the Contract Performance Guarantee shall be returned to the TSP as per the provisions of Article 6.5.1. 13.4.2 In case of termination of this Agreement, the TSP shall provide to the Nodal Agency the full names and addresses of its Contractors as well as complete designs, design drawings, manufacturing drawings, material specifications and technical information, as required by the Nodal Agency within thirty (30) days of Termination Notice.
