Termination due to Natural Force Majeure Event Clause Samples

The 'Termination due to Natural Force Majeure Event' clause allows either party to end the contract if a natural disaster or uncontrollable event, such as an earthquake, flood, or hurricane, makes it impossible to fulfill contractual obligations. Typically, this clause outlines the types of natural events covered and the process for notifying the other party and formally terminating the agreement. Its core function is to protect both parties from liability or penalties when unforeseen natural events prevent the continuation of the contract, ensuring fairness and clarity in such exceptional circumstances.
