Common use of Termination Expense Clause in Contracts

Termination Expense. Contractor shall promptly submit to NSS a detailed written statement of Contractor’s total out of pocket expense incurred in the performance of Work and total out of pocket expenses resulting from such termination as determined in accordance with Contractor’s standard accounting practices and, at NSS’ request and expense, verified to NSS by Contractor’s or other reputable independent certified public accountants (hereinafter referred to as “Total Verified Termination Expense”).
