The Customer may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to JetBrains if JetBrains materially breaches this Agreement and fails to remedy the breach within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of written notice specifying the breach. In case of the termination of this Agreement based on this provision, the Customer will be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of prepaid Subscription Fees.
