If (a) the Company terminates Executive's employment at any time for Cause or (b) Executive terminates his employment at any time other than for Good Reason, Executive shall be entitled to receive a pro rata portion of his Base Salary through the Termination Date. Other than the payments described in this subsection, Executive shall be entitled to no other payments from the Company.
