Common use of Termination for Excusable Delay Clause in Contracts

Termination for Excusable Delay. Either party, if in compliance with its obligations under this Agreement or excused from compliance hereunder, may terminate this Agreement in the event of excusable delay by the other party in the performance of its obligations pursuant to Section 14.14, which delay continues for sixty (60) consecutive days.

Termination for Excusable Delay.
