Common use of Termination for Excusable Delay Clause in Contracts

Termination for Excusable Delay. Either party, if in compliance with its obligations under this Agreement or excused from compliance hereunder, may terminate this Agreement in the event of excusable delay by the other party in the performance of its obligations pursuant to Section 14.14, which delay continues for sixty (60) consecutive days.

Termination for Excusable Delay. Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other party has been excused, pursuant to section 14.14 of this Agreement, from the performance of the other party, if in compliance with its ’s obligations under this Agreement for 60 consecutive days or excused from compliance hereunder, may terminate this Agreement in the event of excusable delay by the other party in the performance of its obligations pursuant to Section 14.14, which delay continues for sixty (60) consecutive daysmore.
