Termination for Other Cause. This Contract may be terminated at any time, subject to due process requirements, when the Superintendent, in the District’s judgment, has engaged in acts of moral turpitude, other gross misbehavior, or professional malfeasance or misfeasance recognized as just cause for termination under applicable state or federal law.
