Termination for Serious Misconduct. SAMPLE ONE The Employer may terminate this employment agreement at any time and without notice for serious misconduct or insubordination. In the case of termination for such grounds, the Employer shall have no obligation to the Employee for salary, bonus, or other compensation or any other form of benefits under this agreement except (a) compensation earned prior to the effective date of termination, (b) benefits the Employee has accrued, and/or (c) other benefits mandated under State or federal law for employees who are terminated.
