Termination for Serious Misconduct. 18.2.1 Notwithstanding any other provision in this agreement, the Employer may terminate this agreement summarily and without notice for serious misconduct on the part of the Employee. Serious misconduct includes, but is not limited to the conduct listed in the UC Staff Code of Conduct.
