Termination for Which No Severance Benefits Are Payable. (a) No Severance for Termination for Cause. The Bank may terminate the Executive's employment at any time. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, under no circumstance shall the Executive be entitled to severance benefits if his employment terminates for Cause.
