Termination Grievances. This provision regarding termination grievances is adopted on a trial basis only. It shall sunset on the last day of this Agreement, and shall not be renewed except by mutual agreement. If the provision is not renewed, termination grievances shall be processed in the same fashion as other grievances under this Agreement.
