Common use of Termination; Modification Clause in Contracts

Termination; Modification. A. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until June 30, 2024. B. If either party wishes to terminate or modify this Agreement, said party shall provide written notice to the other party to that effect. Said notice shall be made no later than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the termination date in Section A, above. C. In the event that negotiations extend beyond the expiration of this Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, pending any agreement upon a new Agreement.
