TERMINATION; NO ASSIGNMENT. The Select Board reserves the right to terminate the Contract if, in their sole discretion and opinion, the Contractor is not performing in accordance with the Contract requirements and to their satisfaction. Termination will be so stated by written notice to the Contractor.
