Termination Not Valid without Notice to GOB. (i) No rescission or termination of this Agreement by the Company shall be of any effect without such notice and expiration of such cure period. (ii) The GOB may make or perform, but shall be under no obligation to make any payment (other than as required under the Guarantee) or to perform any act required of BPDB hereunder with the same effect as if the payment or act had been made or performed by BPDB.
