Common use of Termination of Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Termination of Acceptance. In the event The Great Escape agreement with respect to the Credit Cards terminates or The Great Escape, in its sole discretion, determines that it does not want RX Technology Inc. to accept Credit Cards as payment for Goods hereunder, RX Technology Inc. agrees to discontinue acceptance of Credit Cards and remove the Credit Card symbols from the Facility upon notification by The Great Escape.
