Termination of Compensation. If during any calendar year after termination of the Agreement, the total amount of compensation payable to the Dealer under this Agreement is less than one thousand dollars ($1,000), no further commissions or other compensation will be earned or paid in any subsequent year under this Agreement. 97771N (9/94)
