Termination of Compensation. Except as otherwise required by non-waivable provisions of applicable law, the Employee's right to compensation payable pursuant to Sections 2, 3 and 5 shall, except with respect to amounts which have accrued and are payable pursuant to Sections 2 and 3 as of the termination of this Agreement, terminate upon termination of this Agreement, and no further amounts shall accrue or be payable under this Agreement pursuant to such Sections.
