Termination of Contracts. 19.1. Contracts will remain in force for full periods specified and/or until all articles ordered before date of termination shall have been satisfactorily delivered and accepted and thereafter until all requirements and conditions shall have been met, unless: a. Terminated prior to expiration date by satisfactory deliveries of entire contract requirements, or upon termination by the County for Convenience or Cause. b.
