Common use of Termination of Duties Clause in Contracts

Termination of Duties. On September 20, 2004 (the “Effective Date”) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ resigns as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Radiologix and from all other director and officer positions with Radiologix and its affiliates. On the Effective Date, the obligations and responsibilities of the parties set forth in the Employment Agreement between Radiologix and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ dated February 6, 2003 (the “Employment Agreement”) are completely terminated, except as provided in this Agreement.
