Common use of Termination of Duties Clause in Contracts

Termination of Duties. Collateral Agent’s appointment as collateral agent shall terminate upon the earlier of: a. The satisfaction in full of all Obligations owing by Borrower under the Credit Agreement and the Note, including payment of the Loan Fee; or b. Thirty (30) days written notice from Collateral Agent that Collateral Agent desires to resign as collateral agent.
