Common use of Termination of Escrow Clause in Contracts

Termination of Escrow. The term of this Escrow Agreement shall begin upon the date hereof and shall continue until terminated upon the earlier to occur of (i) the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Escrow Shares are fully distributed or (ii) the written agreement of the parties to terminate this Agreement. Upon the termination of this Escrow Agreement pursuant to subsection (ii), the Escrow Agent shall distribute any of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Escrow Shares then held by it pursuant to the terms of the written agreement of the parties.

Termination of Escrow. The term of this Escrow Agreement shall begin upon the date hereof and shall continue until terminated upon the earlier to occur of (i) the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Seaside Escrow Shares are fully distributed or (ii) the written agreement of the parties to terminate this Agreement. Upon the termination of this Escrow Agreement pursuant to subsection (ii), the Escrow Agent shall distribute any of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Seaside Escrow Shares then held by it pursuant to the terms of the written agreement of the parties.

Termination of Escrow. The term of this Escrow Agreement shall begin upon the date hereof and shall continue until terminated upon the earlier to occur of (i) the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Escrow Shares Funds are fully distributed or (ii) the written agreement of the parties to terminate this Agreement. Upon , or (iii) the termination of this Escrow Agreement pursuant to subsection (ii), date that is one year after the Escrow Agent shall distribute any of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Escrow Shares then held by it pursuant to the terms of the written agreement of the partiesexecution hereof.

Termination of Escrow. The term of this Escrow Agreement shall begin upon the date hereof and shall continue until terminated upon the earlier to occur of (i) the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ performance of the Escrow Shares are fully distributed Agent of all its duties hereunder or (ii) the written agreement of the parties to terminate this Agreement.
