Termination of Existence. Until Lender’s obligations hereunder have terminated and the Debt is paid in full, Borrower shall not cause or permit, or enter into any agreement to cause or permit, the dissolution or termination of the existence of Borrower. Until Lender’s obligations hereunder have terminated and the Debt is paid in full, without Lender’s prior written consent, Borrower shall not permit or enter into any agreement to cause or permit, the merger, consolidation, or reorganization of Borrower with or into any other entity, whether or not such party would be the surviving entity.
