Common use of Termination of Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. Lenders which are parties to the Existing Credit Agreement (and which constitute “Required Lenders” under and as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) hereby waive any advance notice requirement for terminating the commitments under the Existing Credit Agreement, and the Borrowers and the applicable Lenders agree that the Existing Credit Agreement and the commitments thereunder shall be terminated on the date hereof (except for any provisions thereof which by their terms survive termination thereof).

Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. The commitments of the Existing Lenders which are parties to under the Existing Credit Agreement (and which shall terminate on the Closing Date. Each of such Banks waives any requirement of notice of such termination required pursuant to Section 2.10(a) hereby waive any advance notice requirement for terminating the commitments under of the Existing Credit Agreement, and the Borrowers and the applicable Lenders agree that the Existing Credit Agreement and the commitments thereunder shall be terminated on the date hereof (except for any provisions thereof which by their terms survive termination thereof).

Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. The Lenders which are parties to the Existing Credit Agreement (and which constitute “Required Lenders” under and as defined hereby waive the notice requirement set forth in the Existing Credit Agreement) hereby waive any advance notice requirement Agreement for terminating the commitments under the Existing Credit Agreement, Agreement and the Borrowers and the applicable Lenders agree that the Existing Credit Agreement and the commitments thereunder shall be terminated on the date hereof Closing Date (except for any provisions thereof which by their terms survive termination thereof).

Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. Lenders Upon the Closing Date and except with respect to any provisions which are parties to by their terms survive termination, the Existing Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents (and which constitute “Required Lenders” under and as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) hereby waive any advance notice requirement for terminating the commitments under the Existing Credit Agreement, and the Borrowers and the applicable Lenders agree that the Existing Credit Agreement and the commitments thereunder shall be deemed to be terminated on without any further action by the date hereof (except for any provisions thereof which by their terms survive termination thereof)parties thereto.

Termination of Existing Credit Agreement. The Existing Credit Agreement shall have terminated by written notice from Borrower to Administrative Agent. Each of the Lenders which are parties to hereunder that is a Lender under the Existing Credit Agreement (and which constitute “Required Lenders” under and as defined hereby waives the requirement set forth in the Existing Credit Agreement) hereby waive any advance notice requirement for terminating the commitments under the Existing Credit Agreement, and the Borrowers and the applicable Lenders agree that Section 2.4 of the Existing Credit Agreement that Borrower provide three (3) Business Days prior to prepayment of the Loans thereunder. The waiver set forth herein is limited as provided herein and shall not be deemed to be a waiver or consent to any deviation from the commitments thereunder shall be terminated on terms of this Agreement or the date hereof (except for any provisions thereof which by their terms survive termination thereof)other Loan Documents.
