Termination of Generation Service. To notify the Company that an Electric Supplier wishes to terminate providing Generation Service to a Customer, the Electric Supplier shall submit a "supplier drops customer" EBT. Generation Service provided by the Electric Supplier for that Customer shall terminate on the date of the Customer’s next scheduled meter read. EBT transactions submitted less than two Business Days prior to the Customer’s next scheduled meter read date shall not become effective until the second meter read date thereafter. The Company shall send a "confirm drop date" EBT to the Electric Supplier. A Customer may notify the Company that it wishes to terminate Generation Service from an Electric Supplier. The termination shall take effect on the date of the Customer’s next scheduled meter read. The Company may terminate Generation Services sooner upon request from the Customer. The Customer shall be billed for an expedited meter reading charge as allowed by the PURA in Docket 98-06-17 or as amended in subsequent docket as approved by the PURA. The Company will send a "customer drops supplier" EBT to the Electric Supplier. In those instances when a Customer who is receiving Generation Service from an Electric Supplier initiates such service with a new Electric Supplier, the Company shall send the existing Electric Supplier a "customer drops supplier" EBT.
Termination of Generation Service. To terminate Generation Service with a Customer, Supplier shall submit a "supplier drops customer" transaction, in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EDI Working Group Report. Generation Service shall be terminated on the date of the Customer's next scheduled meter read, provided the Company has received this transaction no fewer than two business days prior to the meter read date. If the Company has not received this transaction at least two days before the meter read date, Generation Service shall be terminated on the date of the Customer's subsequent scheduled meter read. The Company shall send a "confirm drop date" transaction to the Supplier, in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EDI Working Group Report. A Customer may terminate Generation Service with Supplier and take Default Service by so informing Supplier. In such case, Supplier shall send a “supplier drops customer” transaction to the Company in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EDI Working Group Report. Generation Service shall be terminated on the date of the Customer’s next scheduled meter read date provided that the Company receives the “supplier drops customer” transaction no fewer than two business days prior to the scheduled meter read date. If the Company has not received the “supplier drops customer” transaction at least two days before the Customer’s next meter read date, the termination shall be effective on the date of the Customer’s subsequent scheduled meter read. The Company shall send a “confirmation of drop date” transaction to the Supplier in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EDI Working Group Report. In those instances when a Customer who is receiving Generation Service from an existing Competitive Energy Supplier initiates such service with a new Competitive Energy Supplier, the Distribution Company shall send the existing Competitive Energy Supplier a "customer drops supplier" transaction, in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EDI Working Group Report.

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code.   • Termination of Therapy Therapist reserves the right to terminate therapy at his/her discretion. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, untimely payment of fees, failure to comply with treatment recommendations, conflicts of interest, failure to participate in therapy, Patient needs are outside of Therapist’s scope of competence or practice, or Patient is not making adequate progress in therapy.
