Termination of Issuer. The Issuer and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Indenture Trustee created hereby (other than the obligation of the Indenture Trustee to make payments to Noteholders as hereinafter set forth) shall terminate, except with respect to the duties described in SECTION 14.08(b), as provided in the Master Owner Trust Agreement.

Termination of Issuer.
