Termination of Laboratory Instructors in the Probationary Period. 6.8.1 Either the Board or an Employee may terminate the Employee’s appointment during the probationary period by written notice of termination specifying the reasons in full. 6.8.2 In the case of termination by the Board, Articles 4.12.2 through 4.12.5 and 4.12.7 shall apply.
