Common use of Termination of Lock-Up Clause in Contracts

Termination of Lock-Up. This Agreement shall automatically terminate in the event that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (“▇▇▇▇▇▇▇”) is involuntarily removed from the Board of Directors of Parent without cause for such removal prior to the end of the period specified in Section 2 or the failure by Parent’s shareholders to elect ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the Board of Directors of the Parent at any shareholder meeting held prior to the end of the period specified in Section 2.
